I am so sorry that I waited this long to buy this great piece of hardware. IF you love racers. IF you like breaking the 4th wall. If you have the space. BUY IT.
In my short, hour-long test I felt my childhood come rushing back. Days of traveling to play the Sit-in Arcade After Burner. Playing OutRun and feeling that steering wheel shake at Chuck E Cheese’s for the first time. All of these throwback emotions come at a price. Skill.
This is not easy. Using a steering wheel and pedals is a completely different (and not at all easy) experience. It will take time, but you can see the shades of the symbiotic relationship almost immediately, but to take full advantage of your $100 purchase, you will need to put in the time.
