Spore Billboard in San Francisco Proves That Size Doesn’t Matter

Sigh…I freaking love video game advertising. Those nifty advertising folks always seem to come up with the most creative and unique ideas when it comes to marketing video games. The latest billboard campaign hyping the much-anticipated Spore is no exception.
The billboard went up in Union Square in San Fran, and it’s most distinguishing characteristic is it’s teeny tiny size. At 14″ x 6″ it could just be the world’s most petite billboard. So how are you meant to read this if it’s so small…why, with a provided telescope, of course! Cute. Clever. Very well tied-in with the brand. Gold star for this ad agency.
