Rabid Beatles fans have been clambering for Beatles tracks on Rock Band since the game first came out, and finally their cries will be answered. On Sept 9th, Beatles Rock Band will officially launch for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Nintendo Wii. Mums the word on a track list so far, but here’s hoping they cover the gambit. What tracks are you hoping to find on Beatles Rock Band? Personally, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for “I Am the Walrus.” Goo Goo Ga joob!

…Sony is taking whatever measures they can to cut costs and try to break even on the PS3? Hurting from the loss they have to take on every unit sold, they recently found a way to cut costs of materials by 35%. …you can expect the next Tony Hawk game to be a more “authentic? skating experience” According to Hawk, they will be “rebuilding the whole game” in order to incorporate motion controls, which has been a much-anticipated feature for fans of the franchise. I know what you are thinking: nothing good in life is free. Well, that’s kind of true in this case as well. Yes, Harmonix is offering 20 tracks for Rock Band 2 for absolutely nada, but the tracks are…how can I say this delicately…not exactly #1 hits that anyone has ever f*****g heard of.
